The TTRPG representative would be responsible for the overall management of the TTRPG area of the society. Their responsibilities include:

• Representing and running their area of the society at events to members and prospective members
• Management and maintenance of the society's TTRPG resources such as books or guides relating to TTRPGs including D&D should there be any
• Bringing the resources to and from the events
• Obtaining new TTRPG resources where and when necessary
• Organising and running TTRPG specific events and the society campaign should there be one
• Appointing DMs and GMs for the sessions where and when necessary
• Attending committee meetings and liaising with other committee members regarding matters related to their area of the society
