The war games representative would be responsible for the overall management of the war games area of the society. Their responsibilities include:

• Representing and running their area of the society at events to members and prospective members
• Management and maintenance of the society's terrain, models and other resources for war games
• Bringing the terrain, models and resources to and from the events
• Obtaining new terrain and other resources when and where necessary
• Organising and running war game specific events
• Attending committee meetings and liaising with other committee members regarding matters related to their area of the society
