The vice president would be second in command behind the president with the overall running of the society. Their responsibilities include:

• Helping to provide leadership and direction to the other committee members when and where required
• Helping to support the other committee members to get their duties done where and when needed
• Helping with the overall running of the society in lieu of the president if they are unavailable to do so
• Helping to ensure that members are engaging with the society
• Attending committee meetings and helping to run the committee meetings if the president is unavailable to do so
