The secretary is a new role for this upcoming committee. They would be responsible for the overall administrative duties for the society. Their responsibilities include:

• Sorting out the room bookings for the events ran by Games Society
• Attending committee meetings, EGMs and AGMs and recording the minutes from those meetings
• Writing the newsletters to be sent to members and writing the announcements to be shared with the members
• Managing Games Society's communications with internal and external contacts including sending and receiving emails from contacts such as the Students' Guild and companies for stash or events
