As the General Secretary of a student society, your role is to keep the society organised and running smoothly. 

You will be responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate records of meetings and activities, communicating with members and other stakeholders, and assisting the society's executive committee in decision-making and planning.
• Taking minutes during meetings, including any decisions made and action items assigned
• Booking rooms and generating online teaching links
