The Widening Participation Officer is dedicated to promoting inclusivity and equal access to clinical education for students from underrepresented or disadvantaged backgrounds. In this role, you will plan outreach initiatives, workshops, and support programmes aimed at raising awareness and providing guidance for aspiring healthcare students who may face barriers to entry. 

You’ll work with local schools, widening access schemes, and other university societies to ensure that opportunities in clinical education are open, supportive, and diverse.
