They shall act as the first point of contact for enquiries from prospective members and groups/societies, ensuring that questions are directed to the appropriate committee member when necessary. As the welfare lead, they shall act as a point of contact for members who have welfare concerns, offering a supportive presence and signposting individuals to appropriate university or guild services. They shall also work with the rest of the committee to help ensure that the society remains inclusive, accessible, and welcoming to all members. Candidates should be approachable, organized, and have clear communication skills.
