The role of the President is to oversee the general running of the society, manage the committee, liaise with the Guild, and represent the society at local and national events. 

As President you will be responsible for society as a whole, and it is your job to ensure that the rest of the committee function effectively so that you can provide the best experience for the society's members. 

Being President is a rewarding role, but at times can be stressful and comes with a lot of responsibility.
