Editors-in-Chief are essentially the presidents of Exeposé. PRINT Editors-in-Chief are responsible for organising press weeks where section editors will be editing their pages, communicating with the printer to ensure a timely schedule of editions, organising news meetings with the Deputy Editors and News Editors and then communicating news stories to the Guild. This will be followed by liaising with the University and the Guild for compliance and allowing them to provide comments on stories that directly implicate them.
The president shall be the principal officer and spokesperson for the society and the chairperson of committee meetings, the AGM and EGMs.
The President shall attend meetings with their elected representative officer, as the representative of the society.
They shall have overall responsibility for the promotion and development of the society.
Ensure that the group does not contravene The Guild’s Byelaws or any guidelines or policy of the Activities team.
They shall have the responsibility to write and sign off financial forms of the society.
The President has the overall responsibility to respond to communication from the Activities Team
