5.11.1 The Welfare Officer shall be responsible for the wellbeing of all society members / not covered by the other representation officers.

5.11.2.  They shall be responsible for ensuring that the society remains a safe space for everyone.

5.11.3. They shall be the primary point of contact for members with complaints or concerns, and shall be responsible for addressing these and passing on information to the committee where appropriate.
