Another addition to the committee, the Post Grad Rep will ideally be a student who entered the BMBS programme as a postgraduate. This role will act as a key point of contact for all postgraduate medics—particularly those joining in September—helping to foster a strong sense of community within the wider MedSoc network. Responsibilities may include creating a postgraduate medics group and organising informal social events. The role may also involve supporting the development of a mentoring scheme for Exeter students on other courses who are interested in applying to postgraduate medicine. This role is ideal for a Post Grad looking to enhance their portfolio!
