The role of Year 4 Rep in a broad sense involves being a voice for everyone in 4th  year within MedSoc and the Medical School as a whole, to ensure that concerns and ideas are brought forwards. This includes being someone who is readily available for clinical students to speak to, providing support to those within the year.  Most importantly they must listen to what their cohort wants from their time at medical school and be proactive in what they can do to help achieve this. Candidates need to be approachable, organised, a friendly face, and overall, just willing to listen and help.
