This role will involve overseeing all of ShakeCO’s shows; having good communication with both director and producer and then relaying any feedback to the Committee. The role involves running production meetings for each show, finding venues, overseeing budget and sourcing of set, props, costumes etc, communicating regularly with producers, and ensuring everyone involved is happy and on track. Qualities the role demands; organisational skills and reliability, great communication skills, the ability to foresee and solve problems, working to tight schedules to meet deadlines, professionalism and a sense of reality as well as creativity. Finally, Prod-Sups will sit in on auditions, interview panels and provide all teams with support. The role requires a lot of commitment, but ultimately can be very rewarding.
