Responsibilities include: 

• Writing risk assessments 
• Writing funding applications 
• Checking in with prod teams 
• Helping to organise and execute get-in processes 
• Picking up duties of prod roles that are not filled on a show’s team 
• Championing EUTCO’s prod teams and being a point of contact for guidance 
• Attending EUTCo workshops, fundraisers and events 
• Making prod packs for interviews 

As EUTCo’s CSM this year I have taken on a multitude of roles to help the production side of the show processes run smoothly. This is a role that allows you to work both practically and administratively within EUTCo, which has been ideal for me as someone who loves both stage management and producing. The role has the possibility to be shaped into whatever your free time versus commitments allow you to make it. For me it has involved a lot of admin in terms of making production packs, designing stash, writing risk assessments and funding applications, as well as practical elements like organising and leading get-ins. This role is great for anyone who has a passion for production and allows you to utilise your strengths in an array of ways. I wish all the best to whoever is thinking of applying.
