Being Treasurer for EUTCo involves creating and managing budgets for shows while communicating with creatives when allocated funds may need to be redirected or increased. This also means keeping in contact with the Guild to discuss show budgets and keeping in contact with them about the progress of expenditure in accordance with what’s been approved. As well as that, it involves liaising with venues regarding contracts and payout after shows have taken place. Raising funds also falls under the role with applications for grants and sponsorship such as the alumni fund grant and also fundraising events and crowdfunders.
