The treasurer is responsible for managing the society’s finances. The position involves looking after EUOWSS’ bank account and creating budgets to send to the Guild for stash, intramural etc. Membership for the society is free, and we’d like to keep it that way to remain as inclusive as possible! Since there’s little money to handle, you don’t need to be an accounting whiz! We recommend generating funding to purchase the vital safety equipment towards the start of the year, so that you are well equipped before the coldest months!
