As Welfare Sec, you are there for anyone in the society if/when there are any welfare concerns. Whether these concerns are at socials or in general, you are a person to support and list when anyone needs it. You will work closely with the president to then resolve any issues that may arise and problem solve to help make the society a better place for all.
