The role of General Secretary in the IR Society is more important than it may sound. You would be in charge of organising stash, helping book rooms, managing the one drive of the society, helping take meeting minutes, and simply helping fill in gaps in the workload where necessary. Such a task requires being a good communicator, time manager, and listener. You may assist the President and the Vice President with executing the long-term goals of the Society, and at some points you may be asked to help other committee members with individual tasks.
