Election Information

We are holding our annual elections to fill the following committee positions:

  • President x 1 (must be filled)
  • Treasurer x 1 (must be filled)
  • Vice President x 1
  • Social Secretary x 2 
  • Publicity Secretary x 1
  • General and Welfare Secretary x 1

Role descriptions will be up on our social media @hpsocexeter

The upcoming election will contain the following steps:

  1. The election will be announced to all members via email (this email) and on our social media platforms.
  2. The nomination form will open on the Guild portal on April 1st at 8:00 am. This will close on April 7th at 8:00 am.
  3. The voting form will open on April 8th at 8:00 am. This will close on April 12th at 8:00 am.
  4. The elected committee members will be announced.

If a position only received one nominee, the individual will receive the position. 

If more than one individual nominates themselves, members will be asked to vote for their preferred candidate.
