The Treasurer is the financial backbone of the society, responsible for managing budgets, keeping accurate financial records, and ensuring responsible spending. This role is perfect for someone who is mathematically minded, detail-oriented, and confident in handling finances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Main Budget Holder – Oversee the society’s finances and ensure responsible spending.
• Financial Record-Keeping – Maintain accurate accounts in accordance with the Students' Guild policies.
• Budget Planning – For each event, set out a budget to ensure no over-spending
• Stash Budgeting – Collaborate with the President and Stash Sec to manage the budget for stash, and set reasonable prices
• Expense Management – Handle reimbursements, invoices from companies, and approve society expenses responsibly
• Fixr– Manage and oversee the fixr account, setting prices for events accordingly
