The Women’s Team Captain plays a key leadership role in shaping the competitive direction of the society’s female players. As Captain, you’ll be responsible for organising and leading training sessions, conducting trials, and selecting the team for matches and tournaments.

You’ll work to create an environment that supports both performance and camaraderie, encouraging participation and development at all levels. A big part of your role will involve liaising with the committee to ensure the women’s team is well-supported and represented in society decisions.
