The Men’s Team Captain plays a crucial leadership role in the competitive side of the society. You’ll be responsible for managing and motivating the men’s team, creating a strong, inclusive, and high-performing environment.

In this role, you’ll take the lead on organising regular training sessions, running trials, and ultimately selecting the team. You’ll also play a key role in fostering a positive team culture and ensuring players are committed and prepared for matches and tournaments throughout the year.

As the primary point of contact between the men’s team and the committee, you’ll help strengthen communication, share feedback, and contribute to improving both team performance and overall engagement.
