Welfare Secretary – Exeter Padel Society

The Welfare Secretary plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all members. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of society members at both sporting and social events, acting as a point of contact for any welfare-related concerns. A key part of the role is making sure our events comply with relevant university and Guild regulations, including risk assessments, safeguarding, and accessibility standards.
