The role of stash secretary is to design our ExSoc merchandise (t-shirts, jumpers, socks etc.)🧦👕 🧥.

You will need to communicate with suppliers and talk to members to see which of your fabulous ideas everyone would be interested in!

A good stash secretary is:

🧑‍🎨Imaginative: Can you think of new and exciting ideas for stash as well as t-shirts and jumpers? Is there anything our members specifically would be interested in?

🎨Creative: What will go on all the stash? You will need to design all of the products to make them unique whilst still being associated with the ExSoc brand!

📩 Communicative and organised: Are you prepared for a good bit of admin and lots of emailing suppliers? You will need to sell and distribute stash to members which requires some organisation skills!

Like all our committee positions, stash secretary will also be required to run one trip per term.
However as this role is being elected much later than usual, we would not expect you to run a trip this term!
