General Secretary

Administrative Support: Record Keeping: Managing membership records, meeting minutes, and correspondence. Scheduling: Assisting in organising rehearsals, events, performances and creating tickets.

Communication: Internal Coordination: Liaising between members, committee, and other society branches (to assist publicity secretary and social secretary on all grounds of related projects to ensure the respective projects of both committee members runs smoothly and meets the respective deadlines). Information Dissemination: Sharing important updates, schedules, and announcements with members (WhatsApp group).

Event and Logistics Coordination: Event Planning: Assisting in planning and organizing workshops, competitions, and showcases.

Membership Management: Member Engagement: Encouraging participation, resolving member issues, and fostering a sense of community within the society.
