- The secretary shall take minutes of all meetings
- Keep an up-to-date inventory of equipment owned by the group.
- They shall be responsible for responding to any external mail sent to the societies guild email address.
- They shall be responsible for weekly communications to the membership.
- Should be responsible for all booking any Guild or university rooms for the group.
