Position Information
- Be a friendly face for members and committee at socials and events – attending as many socials and events as possible so people get familiar with who you are - especially in welcome week
- Work with the social sec to organise welfare events (E.g. coffee socials, meditation, etc…)
- Complete any welfare related tasks
- Direct any welfare concerns to the appropriate channels/ the guild
- Helping to carry out reasonable admin if other committee members are feeling overwhelmed (e.g. Risk assessments, room booking)
