The board games representative would be responsible for the overall management of the board games area of the society. Their responsibilities include:

• Representing and running their area of the society at events to members and prospective members
• Management and maintenance of the society's board games including keeping an up-to-day inventory list of the board games if necessary
• Bringing the board games to and from the events
• Obtaining new board games where and when necessary
• Organising and running board game specific events
• Attending committee meetings and liaising with other committee members regarding matters related to their area of the society
