The treasurer would be responsible for the overall finances of the society and act as the Chief Financial Officer and accountant for the society. Their responsibilities include:

• Setting and managing the annual budget for the society and producing a financial report to be presented to all members at the AGM
• Making sure that members have purchased their membership
• Writing up and signing off on financial forms for the society
• Keeping an up-to-date record of the inventory owned by the society
