Treasurer

Do training to understand the money in and money out procedures.
Liaise with all other members of the society to discuss financials of events and outgoings (e.g. event costs) and incomings (e.g. membership) of the society.
This is an involved role in the structure of the society as any socials which require off-campus venues or materials to carry out the social will need input and advice from the treasurer.
Produce special budgets for production of stash and particularly large events, as well as the annual budget.
The treasurer is often very involved in the production of stash - this is because other members of the committee will be planning and carrying out socials and future events, and the stash production is often carried out simultaneously, requiring an ‘all hands on deck’ approach
Understand the expense365 app to reimburse committee or society members for expenses.
Attend events to see how they are run and determine where money can be spent in the society to improve the experience of our members and make sure that every member gets good value for money.
Listen to the voices of members of the society as well as committee to decide how funds should be spent
