The Representative Officer shall serve as the Society’s principal liaison with the Guild, ensuring that the Society complies with all relevant byelaws, policies and regulations. 

They shall attend Guild meetings or respond to official Guild communications on behalf of the Society. 

They shall advise the Co-Presidents and Committee on Guild requirements, deadlines, procedures and administrative obligations..

They shall maintain appropriate records of official communications with the Guild and ensure that relevant information is communicated to the Committee in a timely manner.
