The General Secretary shall take and maintain accurate minutes of all Society meetings.

They shall maintain an up-to-date inventory of equipment owned by the Society.

They shall manage and respond to external correspondence addressed to the Society.

They shall be responsible for regular communications with the Society’s membership.

They shall be responsible for booking Guild and University rooms on behalf of the Society.

They shall support other Committee members with administrative tasks where required.

They shall assist with the planning, coordination and organisation of Society events as required.
