What you will do:

• Ensure the M&D Room is booked, DCPs (films) have been sent on time, risk assessments and activities are submitted and other essential administrative roles.
• Organise extra screenings and collaborations.
• Delegate jobs and ensure everyone knows how to do their job effectively.
• Liaise with our projectionist and the Students’ Guild and ensure the society meets Guild requirements.
• Oversee committee, audience feedback and more.
