Our Gigs and Social Officer will be in charge of our major events such as BOSW, ICCAs and Fringe and typical usual gigs at Old Firehouse/ EGB, as well as being in charge of our fun social events throughout the year The key responsibilities are:

• Maintaining relations with other A cappella groups
• Maintaining relations with venues and manager
• Organising BOSW
• Entering us into the ICCAs - this process begins in October and carries through until February
• Organising our Edinburgh Fringe show - this process begins in September and carries throughout the year
• Organising Fringe accommodation - this process should begin in February
• Organising fun socials for the group
• conferring with the Presidents regarding the cost of these socials
• assisting in Freshers week to plan fun taster sessions/socials
• assisting in term 3 with Fringe fundraising ideas
• liaise with the rest of the committee about your ideas for socials.
