They shall be responsible for all external mail correspondence to and from the group, ensuring clear and professional communication. Additionally, they will oversee weekly communications to members, keeping them informed about society activities and updates. They shall also be responsible for booking any Guild or university rooms for the group and will work closely with the Co-Presidents to handle all Guild correspondence.
