- run Sunday development sessions 

- must have solid knowledge of Muay Thai 

- preferably trains in addition to EUMT 

- be comfortable coaching, lesson planning, working as a team with other coaches

- must be comfortable interacting with members, answering questions and ensuring members are training safely

- pay extra attention to individual skill development
