The LGBTQ+ Officer works with the Diversity & Inclusion team to ensure that LGBTQ+ students are well represented in the society’s EDI strategy and that UELS’s core values of opportunity, inclusivity and accessibility are upheld. This will involve organising campaign, initiatives and events to address issues faced by LGBTQ+ students within law and higher education.
