The Welfare Officer plays a key role in fostering a supportive, inclusive, and welcoming space within RAZZ. This can involve organising wellbeing-themed workshops, relaxed socials, or check-ins that encourage community and connection among members. You’ll act as a point of contact for anyone needing support, and help signpost resources if needed – this is an ideal role for someone approachable and empathetic. The role is flexible and creative; you could host anything from art sessions to cosy coffee mornings.
