This year, we decided to dip into the reds to drive a structural change with our offerings in Psychology Society, and have gone back to the greens following 63 more memberships bought compared to last academic year. Our treasurer assisted the committee with a) releasing FIXR tickets, b) accepting expense claims made by the committee from purchasing materials for socials and members and c) general audits, which includes reviewing the current election portal before releasing. Hence, you are recommended to include the following in your manifesto:

1 Your response rate in regards of messages and expense claim approvals (recommended 24 hours response time during week day and 72 if it crosses over to the weekend, with exception of holidays and exam seasons).

2 Your approach of balancing finances, accessibility and scale of growth in Psychology Society. What would be your cut-off point of bleeding into the reds for growth? Or is your approach more conservative?

3 Your career goal and how this role would help you achieve where you want to be, ideal for someone with spring week (offer) and or aspiring to build a career in the finance industry.
