The role of the Welfare Secretary will comprise of the following:

• Serve as primary point of contact for members seeking welfare support or advice related to the society. 
• Provide signposting to relevant welfare services within the University. 
• Ensure inclusivity and accessibility of society activities. 
• Monitor and address any welfare concerns raised within the society, maintaining confidentiality where appropriate. 
• Promoting a safe and respectful environment at events.
