During this election, we will elect up to 2 new social secretaries. The successful nominee will be expected to:

Social Secretaries
• Run and organise the socials (Book venues, liaise with companies etc)
• In charge of Fixr tickets and refunds for the relevant socials
• Communicate with Publicity/General secretary for advertising teaser
• In charge of organising end of term dinners and events

All Committee
• Turn up to as many meetings and walks as you can, ideally 2 meetings and a walk a month
• Fulfil duties outlined in your position
• Keep everyone safe on the walks by helping to lead, encourage people and utilise walkie talkies where necessary
• Welcome and engage with new members on walks and socials
• Keep an eye on committee chat to stay updated and support others on committee when necessary
