- Work with the Campaigns and Causes Officers to promote inclusivity and safety for people at the university/society.

- Help to ensure the accessibility of each event, including promotion, location, and activity.

- Work with the Publicity Officer to ensure the accessibility of each social media post.

- Create/collate/signpost well-being resources for society members.

- Make themselves accessible and recognisable to members and committee as the first port of call should they have any issues concerning the society.

- Create risk assessments for events.

- Attend committee meetings (every two weeks).

- Organise and run at least 2 events per term (preferred, not mandatory).

- Key areas: Mental Health Awareness Month, ensuring the accessibility of events, listening to student feedback, and risk assessments.
