Position Information
- Be the spokesperson for the society.
- Chair committee meetings/AGMs/EGMs.
- Oversee the society as a whole.
- Make sure the society works within bylaws/guidelines/policy/the constitution.
- Be the main point of contact for the LGBTQ+ Staff network.
- Attend the Sexual Orientation Equality Group.
- Meet with the Guild Communities and Equality Officer.
- Attend committee meetings.
- Organise and run at least 2 events per term (preferred, not mandatory).
- Oversee the Gender Expression Fund
- Key areas: Communication with internal University teams, spokesperson for the Society, and general overview of everything
