You will oversee the organisation of all the events that EUSO and EUSWO run, and book rooms for rehearsals and venues and additional players for concerts. You are the point of contact for anyone who wishes to enquire about the society, and you are also responsible for communicating the society’s activities with the Students’ Guild to ensure that everything we do is in line with Guild regulations, and this involves event submission and writing risk assessments. You will communicate with the committee and delegate responsibilities and chair committee meetings. You will work with the treasurer to make financial decisions and work closely with the tour manager and EUCO’s president on preparations for the annual tour.
