Hello! We are looking for 3 roles: Social secretary, online forum director and a general secretary.

First years are more than welcome to apply, we aim to make learning the ropes of being a committee member quick and easy. We have set out rules and procedures written and will give you live demonstrations on how to do committee tasks. 

The most lax role out of the roles is online forum director, it is perfect for first years as it is quite a standard and easy role as you are mainly required to keep an eye on our socials. 

General secretary is also quite an easy position to do as you will mainly be responsible for keeping notes of committee meetings, making sure other committee members meet deadlines and updating documents, such as risk assessments.

Social secretary is the busiest position as you will be responsible for booking events, organising collabs with other societies, promoting the society, as well as several other things. However, there is 1 social secretary currently, so you would have split responsibilities making this position easier.
