A production Supervisor is there to give advice and support to the creative team through the production process alongside our Company Tech Supervisor and Company Stage Manager. As a Prod Sup you need experience working backstage and working with tech. You need to take initiative when it comes to helping with tech and stage management and be able to communicate well with both committee and the production team to ensure no problems are missed.
