Position Information
- General Secretary
- The General Secretary shall take minutes of all meetings.
- Keep an up-to-date inventory of equipment owned by the group.
- They shall be responsible for response to any external mail sent to the society.
- They shall be responsible for weekly communications to the membership.
- Should be responsible for all booking any Guild or University rooms for the group.
- They shall be responsible for organising the Committee Meetings.
