This election will fill the following positions: 

1. President
2. Social Secretary (Vice-President)
3. Treasurer
4. Secretary / Head of Marketing

The election will contain the following steps: 

1. The election will be announced to all members via email.
2. The link to nominate yourself will be sent to all members and include the nomination deadline. 
3. The link to vote will be sent to all members and include the voting deadline. 
4. Once the election has concluded, the new committee will be announced on Instagram.

Please note: 

1. The nomination period will be: 21/03 – 28/03.
2. The voting period will be: 30/03 – 03/04

If more than one individual nominates themselves, members will be asked to vote for their preferred candidate. If a position only receives one nominee, the individual will be automatically appointed.

As a society member, at any time if you feel the election is not being run fairly, you can submit a query to the Activities Team at activities@exeterguild.com and they will get in touch to discuss the next steps.
