The right hand man, the support act. Keeps the president in check. They should instigate, invigorate and get involved with all aspects of the society, if something needs help with they are the first port of call for the president. That doesn't take away from initiative, if they feel there is anything they can do to better the lives of members and BMBS students, do it, you have the means and the support to make things happen.
