This is a very initiative based endeavor but its a great opportunity to use your position of power of influence to do something good. I guarantee this one will look great on your CV. You are also responsible for looking after the first years and making sure everyone is looked out for. How you do this is really up to you, but there is real opportunity for someone to make a real impact and take the reigns on this one. You should be creative, personable and reliable. Just someone who is generally a good bloke.
